When should you consider the consultation of a rheumatologist?

Rheumatologists are also known as arthritis doctors. If you are experiencing joint pain, swelling, or stiffness, it may be a good time to see a rheumatologist. Rheumatologists treat many rare and mystery diseases. Rheumatologists often act as detectives and help piece together a complex puzzle of symptoms and lab tests.
