We are always on the go as a physician couple so we need snacks that we can grab and get out of the door. Unfortunately, many energy bars on the market are highly processed and filled with refined sugar. We decided to make our own plant based energy cubes at home that are good for snacks, breakfast, and even dinner! Sugars from dates and dried fruits are not refined sugar and make an excellent sweetener.
We really enjoyed eating this and cant wait to make it again!
